Visa Extension Granted Amid Family Health Struggles
Armando Niedermeier-Rubio, known for his appearance on 90 Day Fiancé, has shared a positive update regarding his legal status while navigating his daughter Hannah’s recent health complications. The reality star announced that he has been granted an extension on his humanitarian visa, allowing him to stay in the United States for an additional 30 days.
"Approved. My Humanitarian Visa has been extended for 30 more days!" Armando, 37, shared in a social media update on July 26. "This means I can continue being in Arizona with Hannah while she receives the medical treatment she still needs and, most importantly, remain by her side through her recovery, together with Kenny, for the next month at least."
Gratitude for Official Support
In his statement, Armando expressed profound appreciation for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) team. He noted that the officials reviewed his situation with significant compassion. "Every officer I’ve interacted with has treated me with kindness and respect, and I am forever grateful," he added.
The star also highlighted the pivotal role played by Representative Adelita Grijalva in resolving his immigration hurdles. According to Armando, Grijalva advocated on his behalf, going "above and beyond" to help his family achieve a resolution that initially seemed unlikely.
A Challenging Medical Journey
The situation began earlier this month when Hannah suffered a medical emergency and was transported to a hospital in the U.S. While Armando was initially separated from his daughter due to visa complications, he secured an emergency visa shortly thereafter, allowing him to reunite with Hannah and his husband, Kenny Niedermeier.
Although Hannah was initially discharged, she faced a brief re-admission on July 24. Fortunately, doctors were encouraged by her progress, and she was released shortly after. Regarding her current condition, Armando stated:
"Thankfully, the doctors were pleased with how she responded to treatment and felt comfortable letting her leave the hospital. Hannah is feeling better. Please continue praying for her healing and recovery. We appreciate every bit of love and support."
