Celebrating a New Chapter

Barbara Palvin embraced her role as a devoted mother while celebrating her first birthday since welcoming her child. On Friday, October 9, the model shared charming photos on Instagram, captured while cradling her daughter, Sylvie. The 33-year-old, who marked her birthday just a day prior, was pictured in a serene, nature-filled setting. She captioned the post, «Becoming an adult in middle-earth 🥔.»

The Arrival of Baby Sylvie

Palvin and her husband, Dylan Sprouse, 34, welcomed their daughter last month. The Suite Life of Zack & Cody star revealed the baby's name on his «Wildmen» podcast, co-hosted with Brendan Columbus. Reflecting on the birth, the actor expressed deep gratitude, noting that they felt «really blessed» to experience a «safe and healthy delivery.»

Sprouse shared details about the newborn, saying:

«Baby Sylvie came out 7.8 pounds. Big baby. Apparently, the doctor said she was long. She is completely healthy. Cried the second she was born, which is good, and was a chubby, little cutie pie.»

The couple first announced the birth on September 28 via Instagram, featuring a photo of the family wearing Los Angeles Dodgers jerseys. The caption humorously noted, «We took Labor Day literally this year 👼🏻.»

A Strong Foundation

Palvin and Sprouse have been a couple since 2018 and celebrated their wedding in 2023 in Hungary. Reflecting on their intimate ceremony, Palvin told Vogue that having their loved ones present made it an unforgettable moment.

Regarding married life, Sprouse has shared his perspective on the growth required in a partnership:

«In general, [marriage has] taught me a lot of patience and communication. Obviously that’s the cliché, is that people say communication is key, but it really is. It’s also just understanding you’re both human and you both do things.»

He further emphasized the shift in mindset that comes with marriage: «When you are in a committed relationship and you’re married, you have to rewire yourself to be like, ‘Oh, I’m fighting for two people. And everything I think of now is what we do together.’»
