Olympic gold medalist Tara Davis-Woodhall and Paralympic gold medalist Hunter Woodhall are the new faces of Clinique's "Unstoppable Together" campaign. The married track stars front the campaign for two products: the Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator and the Moisture Surge Active Glow Serum.
The couple, who met at a high school track meet in 2017, say their relationship is built on mutual support. "Two people or things that have separate strengths, but they come together, and can do something bigger together," Hunter told PEOPLE about what defines a dynamic duo.
Tara, whose mother used Clinique, grew up with the brand. Her daily must-have is the Clinique Moisture Surge Lip Balm, especially for race days. She has incorporated the new Moisture Surge products into her routine, emphasizing layering for even application.
Hunter credits Tara for his skincare knowledge, calling her his "esthetician." He sees the Clinique partnership as a natural fit, symbolizing how two separate entities achieve more together. The couple also shared intimate details of their life, like Tara's habit of picking at Hunter's pimples and helping him with his morning moisturizer.
Looking ahead to the track season, both athletes have big goals and plan to maintain their skincare routines. Hunter has learned from Tara that skincare is a form of beneficial self-care. "When you practice self-care, your body actually appreciates it," he said.
