The 28-year-old, who is expecting her first baby with husband Bradley Steven Perry, took to TikTok on September 6 to clarify the situation directly to her followers.
In the video, Bure lifted her shirt to display her baby bump, stating, «It’s September 6, I’m filming this in real time… I’m still pregnant, I still have a baby here, OK?»

The expectant mother addressed a specific negative comment that accused her of delaying a birth announcement for strategic marketing purposes. The commenter alleged, «Ultimately these people just use us for engagement and likes and comments because the more attention, the more money.»
Bure expressed her frustration with the invasive nature of the internet, noting that while she enjoys connecting with her community, some individuals develop unhealthy expectations. She firmly pushed back against the narrative that she manages her content based on potential income:
«I’m not sitting at home thinking about how it’s going to financially benefit me to post a certain video at a certain time. I’m just not. If I feel comfortable to in the moment then great, I will, but if I want to savor a moment that’s happening for my family, I don’t owe you anything. Nobody owes you anything.»
