Celebrating a Growing Family
Olivia Culpo is sharing a reflective moment regarding the physical changes she is experiencing during her second pregnancy. The 34-year-old model took to her Instagram Story on Sunday, August 23, to express her admiration for her body's resilience.
«Growing bigger by the day and more proud of my body than ever. I’m in awe of its ability to carry and grow these little humans so close together! So incredibly grateful,» Culpo wrote. The message was accompanied by a mirror selfie where she showcased her baby bump while wearing a brown two-piece set.
Reflections on Motherhood and Style
Culpo and her husband, NFL star Christian McCaffrey, welcomed their first child, daughter Colette, in 2025. Since entering motherhood, Culpo has noted how her perspective on daily life, including her fashion choices, has evolved.
«I find myself reaching for the same things — having more uniforms, if you will. It’s been a really great way to just simplify getting dressed. As a new mom, I definitely like to take the guesswork out of what to wear,» she previously shared regarding her postpartum style adjustments.
The Second Pregnancy Journey
The couple announced in May that their family was expanding once again. Culpo broke the news with a sweet social media post featuring her husband and their daughter, calling the news the «best birthday gift.»
Discussing the anticipation surrounding the new arrival, Culpo speculated on the baby's resemblance to her family members and admitted to feeling the emotional weight of her husband's demanding professional schedule. «Christian’s leaving for the season, [which] is so sad. Everything feels overwhelming,» she noted.
Birth Plans and Family Support
Regarding the upcoming delivery, Culpo confirmed she will undergo a scheduled C-section, noting that a vaginal birth after a previous cesarean was not a viable option for her. She expressed a pragmatic approach to the logistics, given her husband’s commitments with the San Francisco 49ers.
«I scheduled it on a day Christian has a slightly easier day... He’ll be able to come just for the birth and then, aside from that, he’ll have to go back. So, it’s going to be different than my first birth. I will be without my husband. I’m grateful for my village and large security detail team,» she explained.
