A New Chapter for The Valley
Reality television personality Tom Sandoval is considering a shift in his professional focus following recent changes to the cast of the Bravo hit The Valley. The series recently saw the departure of Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez, leaving fans to speculate about potential new additions to the group.
During an exclusive interview at the Celebrity Travel Lounge, hosted by Travel By Peta on Saturday, September 12, the 44-year-old star shared his thoughts on the possibility of switching shows. When asked about potentially joining the cast of The Valley, Sandoval was direct: “I mean, I think I would be open to it,” he remarked, later reiterating his willingness to participate in the project.
Connections to the Cast
Sandoval, who first garnered national attention during the 2013 debut season of Vanderpump Rules, maintains strong personal ties to many of the individuals currently featured on The Valley. The show's original lineup included familiar faces such as Brittany Cartwright, Jax Taylor, Kristen Doute, and Jesse Lally, among others. While some original stars have since moved on—notably Jax Taylor, who departed following his public divorce—the cast has also welcomed former Vanderpump Rules stars like Lala Kent and Tom Schwartz for the third season.
Reflecting on Departures and Friendships
The exit of Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez marked a significant shift for the series. In a statement released on Instagram, the couple explained their decision to step away:
“We will not be returning to The Valley. We’re incredibly grateful for this experience but our priority is protecting our peace and our family. We are fully committed to each other and our beautiful children. We want to thank everyone for all the love and support you’ve shown us. Thank you to Bravo and the team for everything. We are looking forward to what the next chapter brings.”
Despite his absence from the show thus far, Sandoval remains close with his long-time friend and former business collaborator, Tom Schwartz. Discussing their current dynamic, Sandoval noted, “Me and Schwartz are doing great. I just hung out with him and [his girlfriend] Kiana [Carroll] this past weekend. It was great. They came to my house, I made them cocktails [and] we had a great time.”
