Amy Schumer shared a poignant Valentine's Day message on Instagram, posting a photo of herself sitting in a designated 'Crying Corner'. The comedienne, who filed for divorce from husband Chris Fischer in January, smiled softly in the picture with a pastel banner behind her.
"Give yourself all the love today. Happy vday," she wrote atop the image. Schumer announced the end of her seven-year marriage to the chef in a December Instagram post, stating the decision was difficult but amicable.
The couple, who secretly wed in 2018 and share a son, had been the subject of split rumors since 2021. Schumer spent much of 2023 apart from Fischer, vacationing in Europe with friends. A source close to the pair indicated they plan to co-parent their son and were still living together for that purpose at the time of the separation announcement.
