Schumer filed for an uncontested joint divorce from Fischer on January 6, according to court records. The pair, who share a 6-year-old son, Gene, announced their separation in December, emphasizing their continued love and respect.
"We love each other very much and will continue to focus on raising our son," Schumer stated at the time, dismissing rumors of conflict. She has since spoken about relying on humor and family support during this period.
