Former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dina Manzo and her husband, David Cantin, initially moved toward divorce before appearing to reconcile.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Manzo, 54, filed for legal separation from Cantin in March 2025, after nearly eight years of marriage. She stated they married in June 2017 and separated on the filing date, March 4, 2025.
Cantin filed his own divorce petition in Florida six days later, on March 10, 2025, claiming they married on June 28, 2018, in Malibu, California, and that the marriage was “irretrievably broken.” He requested an unequal distribution of assets in his favor, citing his contributions, and asked for attorney fees if Manzo engaged in unnecessary litigation.
Manzo also cited irreconcilable differences in her California filing, requesting spousal support and attorney fees, while opposing spousal support for Cantin. She stated she would address assets and debts later.
In April 2025, both parties agreed to halt the cases to resolve issues privately. On March 27, 2025, they requested their petitions be dismissed. The next day, Manzo shared Instagram photos from a romantic tropical getaway with Cantin, captioning it “D&D 2.0 ❤️ {paradise edition}.”
Manzo left The Real Housewives of New Jersey after season 2, later returning for season 6, but chose to step away for a private life in California. She did not publicly confirm her 2017 wedding to Cantin until 2019. In 2016, she said she left the show because it no longer fit her.
Cantin never appeared on Bravo but gained attention when Manzo’s ex-husband, Thomas Manzo, was convicted in 2024 of hiring a mobster to assault her boyfriend in 2015.
