Following the news that Adam Sandler officiated the high-profile wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, actress Jana Kramer is speaking out in his defense. Kramer, who worked alongside the 59-year-old actor in the 2006 film Click, shared her perspective on the star’s demeanor during a recent episode of her podcast, Whine Down.


While Sandler is widely celebrated for his boisterous and energetic comedic characters—most notably the volatile protagonist in Happy Gilmore—Kramer emphasizes that his real-life personality is quite the opposite. «A lot of comedians, you think they’re going to be these very outwardly kind of crazy and wild, [and] he was so soft spoken. You know what I mean? Sweet and quiet,» she remarked.

Kramer noted that Sandler is a man of thoughtful communication, describing him as being «very intentional when he speaks.» She pointed to his long-term friendships, such as his deep bond with Jennifer Aniston, and his unwavering dedication to his family as proof of his genuine character. Sandler has been married to Jackie Sandler since 2003, and the couple shares two daughters, Sadie and Sunny.
