Angelina Pivarnick, star of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, revealed she is pregnant during the Thursday, May 14, episode. The reality TV personality showed her co-star Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola a positive pregnancy test.
“There’s no way that it just happened naturally. There’s no sperm donor now,” a shocked Angelina, 39, said, referencing her fertility journey, which has been a major storyline this season.
“I did not think I was able to get pregnant, but, wow, I’m … pregnant,” she added in a confessional. “This could be a great thing. This could be my fairy tale, my path, my baby.”
Later in the episode, Angelina called the father of her unborn child, identified as “John Doe-Nor” on the show, to inform him of her pregnancy.
Angelina took to X during the episode, which was filmed in March 2025, posting: “I’m pregnant !!!! #jsfamilyvacation.” She has not shared any subsequent updates, such as photos of her baby bump or news of a birth.
The pregnancy tests were taken at a first birthday party for her co-star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s daughter, Luna. Mike shared a clip on Instagram showing him struggling to keep quiet after learning of Angelina’s positive tests.
In the previous week’s episode, Angelina discussed her fertility journey and desire to become a mother. She later clarified in an Instagram Story that comments about her personal life were intended as a joke.
